The Clubhouse may be rented on a first-come, first-serve basis by calling the office at 796-2410.
Rental fees are as follows:
$50 per day, until 5pm
$100.00per weekday evenings
$150 per weekend evenings
Residents must pay a seperate $250.00 deposit and provide a copy of a rider from their household insurance covering the event a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of their rental date, or the date will not be held.
Residents are responsible for set-up and clean-up. Rental includes full kitchen, tables and chairs.
*If your event goes beyond midnight you will be charged and additional day rental fee.
Rental limited to Emerald Green members in good standing only.
